Manned and managed by professional, highly trained IT technicians - our helpdesk is your end users first point of call for all their IT problems and enquiries.

When a problem occurs; your staff put a call into our helpdesk, where our support team raise a new incident, and work with the user to understand the problem and resolve it as quickly as possible.

We have 1st, 2nd and 3rd line support teams on hand, each specializing in different areas of Desktop, Server, Network and Application support to make sure your employees, workstations and network remain operational and productive.

Quick Resolution

We aim to resolve 90% of all incidents remotely, without a site visit, this helps to ensure all calls are dealt with quickly and efficiently.

We also aim to resolve the majority of all calls on first contact - although sometimes this isn't possible, where the incident may need to be passed down to the next tier of support depending on the complexity of the issue.
